Have you lost a loved one, close friend, or an important colleague during the past year?
During October and November, we invite you:
Honor the death of someone important to you by “lighting a candle” and writing a brief tribute. Your tribute will be posted on our memorial page, a tree will be planted in their honor, and a certificate will be mailed to you.
Join us from Noon - 1:00 p.m. (Mountain time) on November 2nd, 2022 for a memorial ritual and self-care program on grieving as a healing process. If you cannot join us on the 2nd, registrants will receive information on accessing the recording at your convenience.
Free | donations gratefully accepted
Self-Care Event
Wednesday, november 2, 2022
Noon-1:00 Pm, mountain time
Online Via Zoom
Is there a healthy grieving that can care for us and support us even in the midst of continuous loss? We will approach the grieving process as an essential spiritual discipline as we age—one that honors the complexity of our feelings, deepens the quality of our relationships with others, and brings healing to our lives.
Dealing with loss impacts us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We can choose to be proactive about caring for ourselves as we also companion others.
Join us for a gentle, respectful time of remembering, compassion, and self-care.
