Soul Care During Re-Entry

Summer of Care cover photo.jpg

Getting released from prison is a disorienting experience. Support individuals who are currently in re-entry by becoming a soul care provider. Soul care providers are a source of emotional and spiritual support for people in re-entry, which reduces recidivism and enables spiritual growth for everyone.

What is my time commitment?

You, as a volunteer, will set your own schedule. We ask that you see your mentee(s) bi-weekly, but no less than every 3 weeks. Your meeting time is determined by their availability. Most of the mentees work. Some of them work at jobs with flexible hours, but some will need evening or weekend appointments.
